Everything is kinda blown out, but I think it sounds sweet. Like if The 13th Floor Elevators did a Ventures style instrumental version of a Doors song. The bass was done on a baritone guitar. The timing is a bit wonky, too. But I think it adds to the "sludgy-psychedelianess"of the whole track. Or maybe it sounds like shit, I don't know. Who cares.
The guitar melody took a long time to learn, but was worth it. Slight tremelo on the guitar if ya listen closely. Extra spooky.
Started with acoustic guitar on track 1 just to have the song to play along too but took it out of the mix in the final product here because I felt like it got in the way.
